Carpet Cleaning Packages and Services

For a home or business where you would like us to clean under the furniture.

• Move furniture to one side of the room. (Repeat the process for the other side.)
• Thoroughly vacuum to remove loose dirt particles
• Apply advanced pre-sprays and spotters appropriate for your type of carpet
• Deep clean featuring our commercial truck-mounted hot water extraction (steam) unit which kills bacteria and removes soil from the full length of the carpet fibers, bottom to top
• Place dryers as needed while we are there
• Apply pH-iber Guard Protectant
• Replace the furniture so that legs are sitting on tabs or blocks
• Groom the freshly cleaned carpet for final inspection, appearance, and drying
• Set proper ventilation and optimal temperature for fast drying

The Grand Package is a wonderful step in your deep-cleaning project. You will know that there are no dusty places under the furniture when we are finished. Ask for the Grand Package when you want a full-service cleaning, and we do all the heavy lifting of movable furniture. The protectant will keep your carpet looking beautiful.

If only a surface cleaning is desired we have a “dry” process called Mist & Brush™.

Important Notice: This does not include steam cleaning, the method recommended by carpet manufacturers, and does not clean deep down or disinfect.

Mist & Brush™ uses advanced encapsulation technology to encase dirt particles so your vacuum can remove them easily. Here’s what we do using Mist & Brush™:

• Thoroughly vacuum to remove loose dirt particles
• Check for spots and use appropriate spotter agents
• Apply Mist & Brush™ solution
• Agitate the solution into the carpet fibers with a brush machine
• After 30 minutes, tiny crystals containing soil can be vacuumed, leaving a beautiful appearance

This method can be used instead of “bonnet” or “sponge” systems for interim surface maintenance. This method is a less expensive option than our packages above. Check your carpet’s warranty before selecting this option.
